Learning Approach
Maintaining Your Designation
Upon completing the CDLP® course, your designation is valid for one year. To maintain your
designation, you must complete an annual continuing education class provided by the Divorce
Lending Association as part of your annual recertification. Please note that there is a $497 Annual
Membership Fee, which covers the cost of continuing education, basic membership resources, and
annual recertification.
To ensure ongoing competence in tax codes, legislation, and other evolving developments in the field
of divorce mortgage planning, you must complete two (2) hours of continuing education provided by
the Divorce Lending Association each year.
